Will I receive a certificate when I complete a course?

Yes! You will receive a certificate for every course that you complete and these will be saved on the LearningZone under ‘My Certificates’. There are links to allow you to easily share your certificate to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and it is also available to download and print.

In addition, all our courses are accredited by the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals and provide CPD learning credits. These will also be shown on your certificate.

How can I view the course schedule?

We schedule our Live courses specifically for organisations, upon request. Unfortunately these courses are not available on an open/public schedule.

For individual learners, we offer our OnlineAnytime courses which are video based and accessible 24/7 to allow you to study at your own time and pace. These are available for immediate enrollment through the website.

How do I purchase a course?

Through the Website.

All our OnlineAnytime courses can be purchased directly through our website. Simply navigate to the course page, click ‘Buy Now’ and proceed through to checkout. Once your order is complete, you can start studying straight away.

Quotation & Purchase Order

For our Team Packages or Live courses, please contact our team for a quotation, providing as much detail as possible i.e. company name and address, number of people the training is for and timeframe for delivery. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with a quotation.

Purchases can then be secured upon payment or official Purchase Order.

I need an invoice for my purchase.

No problem! You will receive an e-receipt from Mpirical and PayPal for every purchase made through the website. If you also require a VAT invoice, please contact us at enquiries@mpirical.com stating your order number, and a member of our team will be able to issue that for you.

Are there any discounts available?

We offer great discounts on our OnlineAnytime Package for volumes of 10+ licences. Please get in touch if you’d like a quotation for your team. You can also find a whole library of free to access training videos on our YouTube channel that include standalone free videos, and extracts from existing courses.

Can I host Mpirical content on our company’s Learning Management System?

Yes, we can implement access to our courses from your corporate Learning Management System. Contact our team so we can discuss your specific requirements and propose the best solution.

What additional support is offered with the OnlineAnytime package?

We can offer trainer Q&A and discussion sessions as part of the OnlineAnytime package, but in some cases, this may incur an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Are the licenses transferable?

In some cases, we can transfer a license. We will work with your organization to decide the best option. Please note, we are unable to allow any license ‘sharing’.

What if I only want part of the package?

All of our courses can be purchased individually; however, we strongly advise you to consider purchasing the OnlineAnytime package if you are an individual requiring multiple courses or if you require training for a team. Contact us so we can discuss the most cost effective solution for you.

Do we offer ‘hands on’ or practical training?

We do not offer practical hands on training on equipment as part of our standard offering. We are renowned for our innovative learning techniques and to support our training, we offer our unique immersive application, NetX. NetX allows our students to get under the skin of a mobile network by applying their training in a virtual environment. Our learning experience platform also allows our students to choose how and when they want to learn, giving them access to resources that supplement their training and encourage learning retention.
